Odido
Two major projects in a combined project management and productmanagement role. First is to develop and bring to market the Odido Teams Phone proposition. A UCC proposition based on Microsoft Teams Operator Connect and Teams Phone Mobile. Launched October 2024. Second is a strategic project to redesign and implement the UCC portfolio from a major partner while in parallel redesigning the relationship with that partner and automating the customer lifecycle.
January 2023 - September 2023
T-Mobile
As project manager I led the implementation of a new Alliance Partner Products strategy, including a new Way-of-working. I designed and developed a solution for the Installed Base of the Alliance Partner portfolio. We restructured the partner contracts and brought to market new Partner portfolio. I led a vendor selection and requirements development for a new open marketplace platform. I executed the rebranding to Odido for Alliance Partner Products.
June 2022 - December 2022
T-Mobile
As project and product manager in the Unified Communications and Collaborations (UCC) squad I managed the migration of a large customer base to a new UCC platform. And I led the vendor selection and execution of a Proof of Concept for a new UCC service.
April 2021 - April 2022
ADM
Two parallel projects required for the integration of a recent acquisition. I managed the project to migrate 30 homegrown applications to the standard ADM cloud solution. In many cases new technologies and architecture were first needed to be designed and implemented.
The second was a project I managed to decommission a segmented VLAN (DMZ) by integrating the servers and applications in the ADM network and ensure compliance to ADM security policies..

In the UCC squad I led several projects
- Change management: Design and implement a new organizational and operational model (Producthouse) with a supplier / partner.
- Product management: Introduced a fixed-mobile proposition based on Microsoft Teams
- Project management: Design and implement an integration between T-Mobile BSS/OSS and a partners' provisioning platform.
March 2021 - December 2022
NRF
Consultancy and guidance in an RFP process and vendor selection for a migration from On Premise datacenter to a private cloud environment. Consultancy during migration to the private cloud environment.
March 2019 - October 2019
Inducoat
Led and partly executed an Order2Cash project. Optimized IT and processes. Assisted in the migration to Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Exchange.
